Sushi-Making Parties Host your own in-home party! Learn to make and eat sushi. Guests will also learn the history of sushi, names of the most common fish, little known facts and sushi bar etiquette. Each guest will have their own work station and have the opportunity to prepare cut rolls, hand rolls, and nigiri. Children and teens will be given sushi chef 's uniforms (Happi coats) and headbands to wear at the party. Shoji screens and traditional Japanese music will be provided to set the stage for a fun and exciting sushi party. He has been preparing sushi for over 7 years in various restaurants including a very popular establishment in West Hollywood, CA. He also holds a California teaching credential.
